This image was originally conceived as a series of 16 images mounted or framed together. Each panel could be anywhere from 12 to 20 inches square depending on the space it was meant to fill. After I composed it, I realized that it could stand alone as a single piece of any size.
The single tulip evolved into a series of 4 duplicate images, each one processed differently, and composed as a linear panoramic. The aspect ratio on this piece is 16x52.
The aspect ratio for this image is 2:1.
This image was also conceived as 4 separate images, mounted or framed together. It appears as though a light is coming from off of the image, far right. The 4 images could also be combined into one large image.
This is the first image created from this project. This is envisioned as a series of separate pieces, all hung together, in sizes ranging from 16x20 to 11x14, 8x10, and one 5x7.
Let me know what you think of this new concept.
