First of all, architectural photography has almost gone full circle in terms of capture techniques. As we used to do with film, we're now taking a variety of exposures to not only find the optimal exposure and color balance but to be able to blend exposures together.
In this case, 6 images were used to combine elements of the sky, building, and foreground.
Following the process of combining the images, I put the image through two other software plug ins where we add contrast, reduce digital noise, selectively sharpen, enhance just the green foliage, and add a reflector effect to slightly warm up elements of the image. Here's the final result!
