Tulip Time!

From the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Many varieties of tulips are at full bloom. The Arboretum plants 32,000 tulip bulbs each year. Click on each image to enlarge it and see the detail.

The image below was shot with a Canon 45mm Tilt/Shift lens.


The images below were shot with the Canon 100mm f/2.8L IS macro lens. I hand held the camera on a soft case and shot up into the flowers. No tripod would have gone that low (at least that I own!)
