The Daily View

Crosstown Highway construction in Minneapolis on April 19, 2010. This is part of a $300 million interchange project at the busiest intersection in the Twin Cities. Four lanes pushed to the side will soon be six or eight lanes. This shot was taken from the bridge at Penn Ave.
